Please note that we require an average of 24 - 48 hours to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Note: All orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday!
Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time for worldwide standard shipping 🌍 is between 10-15 business days or earlier.
Local orders in the United States are between- 🇺🇸 USPS standard shipping, 7-12 business days, or earlier.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
Suppose your order contains a pre-ordered or back-order item. In that case, we will immediately ship any available pre-ordered or back-ordered items when available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and received only a part of your items, don't worry; you will receive your other items shortly after.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and text message if you provide a mobile phone number containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package, you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 24-48 hrs for the tracking information to show up after fulfillment.

Wrong address disclaimer: The buyer must make sure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct a wrong shipping address within 24 hours.
Contact us immediately at customerservice@belluxunova.com if you have provided an incorrect shipping address. Otherwise, the order is not refundable after shipment or delivery to the wrong address provided by the buyer.
Note: The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping fee if the package has been returned to our warehouse due to the wrong address.
